Service Procedure
1. Showroom Drop-Off:
- Customers can bring their product to the nearest Kavya Jewels showroom and hand it over to a sales executive.
2. Postal Service:
- o Products can also be sent directly to the Kavya Jewels headquarters using a postal service of your choice.
3. Issue Reporting:
- o Clearly communicate the problem to the sales executive, who will provide a printed service job card with the company seal, detailing the service charges.
4. Service Process:
- o The product is serviced at our head office. Customers are informed upon completion or if any service-related challenges arise.
5. Product Collection:
- o Upon service completion, the product is dispatched back to the respective showroom, and the customer is notified for collection. Payments for the service can be made at the showroom during collection.
