No, only one plan can be active at a given point of time.
Enrollment
No, the locking period is 12 months. This means you cannot withdraw any cash after investing. You can only buy jewellery using the accumulated amount once you have paid all the 12 installments.
No, you will not be able to change the monthly amount in between the installments.
No, we do not accept installment payments through gold coins.
Yes, you can pay the installment in cash at the Tritiya store.
You can check your Atulyam value in the My Accounts section.
No, only one active account may exist at the same time.
Yes, we do have an auto-debit facility.

No, only Indian citizens can opt for the plan.
In the event of pre-closure of an Atulyam registration in cash, the entire amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 3 days of the date of registration.
Redemption
You can redeem only the principal amount on pre-closure.
After the completion of 12 installments.
In the event of pre-closure of a Atulyam Diamond registration before the tenure, the customer will only be entitled to the diamond jewellery only against the principal amount.
Your plan subscription will be suspended if you fail to pay two installments in a row.
No, partial amounts are not supported.
In the event of the death of the enrolling individual, the nominee gets that amount. The nominee has to submit the required documents to transfer the Atulyam balance to the nominee.
You can redeem your Atulyam balance anywhere online or in-store.
You will receive the gift on the payment of the 5th installment.
You can use any online payment mode (Debit card/Credit Card/Netbanking/UPI) to pay the balance while redeeming online or at the store. Additionally, cash can also be paid for the remaining balance.
Policy
The Atulyam gift is non-returnable.
No, you do not get any promotional benefits in case of a buyback.
