Tritiya is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with all of the products on our website, including their purchase, your security and satisfaction. However, in the event of not being satisfied with your order, you can choose to return it under certain conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. The product is unused, not tailored, or customized.<\/li>
  2. The product is in the same condition in which it was received.<\/li>
  3. The product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery .<\/li>
  4. The product is accompanied by the original invoice\/receipt and certificate.<\/li>
  5. The product is not tampered with or altered.<\/li>
  6. In the case of a customer exchanging the product for a lower value purchase, there will be no refund of the difference amount. However, if the customer exchanges his purchase for a higher value product, the difference in amount will need to be reimbursed by the customer<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    After receiving the returned item, our Team shall verify the product and the refund shall be initiated only after verification is successful. Once the return has been accepted & confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email for return acceptance. Once the refund is initiated, the amount shall be refunded to the customer\u2019s account through the same mode through which the transaction was made in 90 business days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Credit Card \/ High Value Transaction Charges:
    For payments made through credit cards, applicable bank\/transaction processing charges shall be borne by the customer.         Lifetime Exchange \/ buyback<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        a) The customer will be entitled to exchange the original product at 100% of the TRITIYA Prevailing Rate for diamonds before GST.\u00a0<\/p>

        b) In case of diamond jewellery buyback, the customer will be entitled to get 80% of the value before GST.<\/p>

        c) In case of Buyback or Exchange on Atulyam Diamond Jewellery, any promotional benefits and bonuses provided at the time of enrollment will be deducted from the product.<\/p>

        d) All promotional jewellery\/amount\/free gift\/discount\/Promotional Benefits issued against any jewellery will be non-returnable & will be deducted for any buyback at invoice value i.e. excluding GST.<\/p>

        e) None of the diamond products can be exchanged for gold\/silver coins\/bars.<\/p>

        f) In case of Gold forming\/pearl jewellery buyback, the customer will be entitled to get 50% of the value before GST. g) All Diamond jewellery will be taken for buyback only after 12 months of date of invoice value.<\/p>

        h) In case of exchange customer will get annually 5% appreciation on diamond value.<\/p>

        i) It is mandatory to give promotional jewellery for return of any maturity jewellery otherwise promotional amount would be deducted. j) All Refunds can take upto 30 days for the credt in A\/C.<\/p>
