These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law and the Courts of East Delhi (New Delhi), India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these Terms and\/or the Tritiya Registration Portal.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Atulyam Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Plan Details<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a.<\/strong> The Atulyam Diamond Jewellery Plan ranges from Rs. 2,500 to Rs. 2,00,000<\/strong> for a duration of 12 months & 20 months<\/strong> as mentioned on our website www.tritiyajewels.com<\/a>.<\/p>

b.<\/strong> The due date for the payment for all plans will be the same date of every month<\/strong> when the plan started.<\/p>

c.<\/strong> Bill jewellery will be issued after completion of the 7th, 10th, or 12th month<\/strong>, depending on the chosen plan.<\/p>

d.<\/strong> Two Atulyam registrations or any promotional amount cannot be merged<\/strong> for redemption of any jewellery.<\/p>

e.<\/strong> 0%<\/strong> is not applicable on the Atulyam Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>

f.<\/strong> Bonuses for all plans are specified alongside each plan as mentioned on the website and stores<\/strong>.<\/p>

g.<\/strong> If any member\/agent has directly taken the plan from the Tritiya store & wants to cancel the same, there is no cancellation policy<\/strong>. You can only adjust your amount<\/strong> in Tritiya products as per the plan category \u2014 Diamond or Gold Forming<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Promotional Diamond Jewellery & Bouns of Reference\/Add-on <\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a. An assured diamond jewellery is granted only to customers enrolled in the diamond plan.
b. Promotional Diamond Jewellery will be given after completing the 7th installment in the 12-month plan or after the 10th installment in
the 20-month plan.
c. Reference Bonus will be released after completing the 2nd installment in the 12-month plan or after the 4th installment in the 20-month
plan.
d. Add-On Bonus will be released after completing the 2nd installment in the 12-month plan or after the 4th installment in the 20-month
plan<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
3. 0% Making Club:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a. Get 0% Making Charges (Upto Rs. 12500 off on Making Charges on Gold Jewellery, If Customer buys 2500 Diamond Plan.
b. Get 0% Making Charges (Upto Rs. 50000 off on Making Charges on Gold Jewellery, If Customer buys 5000 Diamond Plan.
c. Get 0% Making Charges (Upto Rs. 125000 off on Making Charges on Gold Jewellery, If Customer buys 10000 Diamond Plan.
d. 0% Making Charges are applicable only on products that are readily available in-store and ready for sale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
4. Default on Payment:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a. Failure to make an installment for over 60 days will result in the forfeiture of all benefits, including the
promotional Diamond Ring.
b. If Customer fail to make payment on the due date. The customer shall be provided with grace period of 12 days.
Benefits will be forfeited as given in bonus if customers exceed two months for making the payment or 60 Days. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
5. Redemption Clause:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a. Customer can avail jewellery after plan completion from available \/ Inventory at Tritiya store or can claim online
at Website\/ App. No other jewellery outside the inventory would be claimed. For any order from the available
inventory, order could take up to 30 days subjected to availability.
b. Under the diamond plan, only diamond jewellery will be provided. No other jewellery claims will be entertained.
c. For any orders from the available inventory, the order could take 30 days of delivery.
d. All diamond Jewellery will be taken for buyback only after 12 months of date of invoice value<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
6. FOR ATULYAM GOLD FORMING:\n<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a. Gold used in Gold forming jewellery cannot be accumulated by melting. Hence the refundable amount of of 50% is valid on Tritiya store
only after a 1year period.
b. There is no guarantee of gold weight used in Gold forming Plan. It can vary from product to product<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
7. Buyback or Exchange of Jewellery:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) The customer will be entitled to exchange the original product at 100% of the TRITIYA Prevailing Rate for diamonds before GST.
b) In case of diamond jewellery buyback, the customer will be entitled to get 80% of the value before GST.
c) In case of Buyback or Exchange on Atulyam Diamond Jewellery, any promotional benefits and bonuses provided at the time of enrollment
will be deducted from the product.
d) All promotional jewellery\/amount\/free gift\/discount\/Promotional Benefits issued against any jewellery will be non-returnable & will be
deducted for any buyback at invoice value i.e. excluding GST.
e) None of the diamond products can be exchanged for gold\/silver coins\/bars.
f) In case of Gold forming\/pearl jewellery buyback, the customer will be entitled to get 50% of the value before GST.
g) All Diamond jewellery will be taken for buyback only after 12 months of date of invoice value.
h) In case of exchange customer will get annually 5% appreciation on diamond value.
i) It is mandatory to give promotional jewellery for return of any maturity jewellery otherwise promotional amount would be deducted.
j) All Refunds can take upto 30 days for the credt in A\/C.
k) Tritiya reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification to you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
8. Enrollment Dates\/Payments<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) Due date of all payment will be the date when enrolled.
b) Auto Pay would be applicable for all customers.
c) Tritiya will never ask to make payments on any personal\/company QR code Tritiya will not responsible for any
payment made to any QR. All payment are made online or Auto Pay online.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
9. Pre-Closure of plan\/Refund:\n<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) In the event of pre-closure of any installment of a One Atulyam Diamond registration before the tenure, the
customer will only be entitled to the diamond Jewellery against the amount deposited. No bonus will be given
forany pre-closure<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:\n<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through
arbitration.
b) The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of a mutually agreed arbitration
organization.
c) The decision rendered by the arbitrator shall be binding on both parties and enforceable in a court of law.
d) The Customer and the TRITIYA GOLD & DIAMOND JEWELS PVT. LTD. agree to waive their right to file a lawsuit
or take any legal action regarding any dispute covered under this Contract, except to enforce the arbitration decision.
e) Both the parties mutually agree to appoint “SANJAY TYAGI & CO. (LAW FIRM)” as a mediator or counselor for
dispute resolutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
\n11. Entire Agreement:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, and supersedes all prior understandings,
written or oral, relating to its subject matter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
12. General:\n<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and
supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

13. Severability:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this
Agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

14. Waiver:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

a) No waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

15. Modification of Terms and Conditions<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tritiya reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification to you. You can
access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on the Website. You should regularly view the Terms and
Conditions In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you may choose not to visit or use the Website.
However, if you continue to access, view or use our service of the Website, you shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted to the
